Send the request
In the proposed workflow, your team would create a clear payment request and send it directly to the patient by text or email.
TendraPay is building one clear way for dental and orthodontic practices to request, collect, and track patient payments—while giving patients a private, mobile-first way to act.
One simple payment journey
Patients should not have to hunt through a provider website, create another portal account, or call the front desk just to make a payment.
In the proposed workflow, your team would create a clear payment request and send it directly to the patient by text or email.
The patient would open one mobile-friendly link, see the provider, amount, and payment disclosure, then continue to payment. Treatment details are intentionally outside the current POC.
The patient would get confirmation and your team would see the updated status without chasing another phone call.
One place for the practice
TendraPay is being designed to give the front office a consistent way to manage patient payment requests without changing the experience from one provider website to the next.
A disciplined product path
Payment requests and voluntary contributions solve different problems. TendraPay is validating them as separate workflows so practices and patients always know what is being built—and what is still being tested.
A practice-verified mobile request intended to give patients a clear amount and the front office an authoritative status.
A private contribution path for a responsible party who says another adult is already expected to help pay.
Dental and orthodontic teams manage recurring treatment balances, family accounts, payment questions, and busy phones. That makes them the right first place to build a better patient-payment experience.
Focused first, expandable later
TendraPay can begin with the payment moments dental practices know best, learn what works, and then expand thoughtfully to other outpatient specialties.
Good questions
Both experiences matter, but the practice is the intended customer. In the proposed foundation workflow, the office would send and track requests; the patient would receive a simple link and complete the payment from a phone.
No. The goal is to make the payment experience better and complement the systems a practice already uses. The exact integration approach will be shaped with pilot practices.
TendraPay Together is in validation. The goal is a private, practice-verified contribution path that does not transfer the responsible party's obligation or reveal unnecessary treatment information.
No. This site and its POC do not offer credit, financing, or installment plans. TendraPay is not represented here as a lender, and Request and Together are payment-workflow concepts—not loan products. Any future financing concept would require separate product, partner, legal, compliance, and disclosure review before it could be presented as available.
Supported methods and processors will be confirmed through the pilot. TendraPay will publish only payment methods that are implemented, tested, and approved for the practice workflow.
Security, privacy, and healthcare requirements will be core product decisions. Specific compliance claims will be published only after the platform, vendors, and operating procedures are finalized and verified.
Pilot conversations will open after the contact channel is verified. We want to learn how your team requests payments today, where patients get stuck, and what would make the experience meaningfully easier.
Help shape the first TendraPay workflow
We are preparing conversations with dental and orthodontic teams that want a simpler way to request and collect patient payments. The contact channel is being verified before inquiries open.
